Manager Acceleration is a site dedicated to the craft of people management. This site is run by Chris Yeh, a senior people leader and certified coach based in Vancouver, BC.

Who's Chris?

Chris Yeh is a People and Culture professional who has worked in the tech space for the last decade. During this time, he's helped scale the world's first legal tech unicorn (Clio) from 75 employees to now well over 650 globally.

Much of Chris' work over this time has been working with people managers of all levels. Whether that's designing systems and frameworks for all people managers, delivering training programs, or 1:1 coaching, Chris has been there and done that. Chris has also been a manager for much of his career.
